Lux Monroe Boutique

Houston, TX

Laci Jackson is the owner of Lux Monroe Boutique, her boutique is based out of Houston, TX. She decided to open a boutique because she loves fashion but didn’t want to work under other people. Laci started her boutique out of a hair salon before opening her own store. Lux Monroe Boutique has been open for about 10 months and in its own building for about 5 months. Laci’s favorite part about her boutique is meeting different women from different backgrounds. She caters to older Corporate America women that range anywhere from 29-45 years of age, but also has younger college students as clients as well. Laci says younger women who aspire to be in the fashion industry or who want to be business owners inspire her to keep achieving her goals; she wants to be a positive role model for all who watch her. She does charity work in her spare time, she wants to give back by doing clothing drives for people in need and charity work at women shelters. Laci’s plans for her boutique is to expand to different stores and internationally via website. Her next two stores could possibly be in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX, so be on the lookout for that as well as a pop up shop in Dallas. Within the next few months she wants more people to know about her business and her brand to expand exponentially.

Interviewing Laci was extremely fun and enlightening. The more I talk to the people that I plan to feature, the more I know I made the right decision in starting my blog. She has an amazing and bubbly personality and she’s so easy to talk to. Like stated above she plans on hosting a pop up shop in Dallas and I can’t wait to meet her. I’d love for my blog to be a sponsor for her pop up shop and introduce her brand to all of the trendsetters of Dallas. She has so many good ideas for her brand as far as expanding, charity work, and tutoring and inspiring young girls. Her contributions to her community is much appreciated. Linking up with Laci would be a good look for my business because she's a strong minded woman with a good head on her shoulders, she knows exactly what she wants and she goes for it. That's a quality everyone should aspire to have, so keeping in touch with her would be in my best interest. I know she plans on doing a lot of charity work, as do I, so maybe we could set up a makeover/spa day at a women's shelter in the near future to gie back. Laci’s definitely taking 2015 by storm and by 2016 she will be taking over Texas. Her pieces are amazing too, she does custom pieces for models like Loren London from BGC and many others.

Be on the lookout for more great things from her.
