Cheyenne Floyd is the owner of the TheRUU. The RUU is a Los Angeles based company that features corky fitness wear and will soon be launching a lingerie collection. Cheyenne says, “The RUU was started around October 2014 and has been an extremely fun and rewarding project!” As a recent college graduate from Hampton University, Cheyenne wanted to take her skills and become an entrepreneur.

The RUU stands for Ruby, who was her grandmother.Growing up Cheyenne and her older sister would play dress up in her grandmother's closet and jewelry; she is Cheyenne’s biggest inspiration. The RUU is constantly adding more to the site so make sure you are always checking it out!

YAY finally some work out gear for all of you fitness freaks out there. I was inclined to feature this line because you rarely see cute, quality and affordable workout gear anymore. Let’s be honest pink, nike, and under armour are just TOO expensive for some. I don’t want to go to the gym in the same thing every day BUT I’m also a broke college student. I can’t afford to be dropping $50 on my spandex, $35 on my sports bra and get like 10 complete workout outfits, that’s durable and won’t need to be replaced in a couple of months. So this was a well needed line. They have really cute gear with your favorite everyday phrases. I also took the time to also check out their lingerie pieces they have coming soon and they are really cute too *heart eyes emoji* and would be perfect if you want to do something special for your man (or if you need to give your girl a gift, fellas *wink emoji*).
